I understand that in order to complete processing of this application, a visit to my home may be scheduled. By submitting this application, I agree to such a scheduled visit. If adoption is accepted and completed, there may be a post adoption home visit including possible contact with neighbors to assure the cat is not let out of the house. Should the cat become an outside cat, or in any way neglected, New Beginnings Cat Shelter will repossess the cat.
